| There are four Paragary's
Bar & Oven restaurants located in
metropolitian Sacramento. All
feature superb food and a fine selection
of wines. Paragary's has it own
bakery, next-door to the 28th Street
location that bakes all of the breads and
pastries used in all of their
restaurants. They menu would be
classified as California Cuisine and it
changes seasonally. There are
always their signature, brick oven
individual pizzas, but they are joined
with other entrees such as fresh salmon,
pork loin and fresh pastas. Every
time I have been there the service has
always been excellent. Even when
crowded the details are not
forgotten. On my last visit I had
Paragary's fish of the day which happen
to be salmon. It was served with
rissoto and a small salad. Superb!
Paragary's
Bar & Ovens are at 28th and N Street
(the original location), 2384 Fair Oaks,
Blvd. Gold River and Folsom. It is
the one place I can always reccommend to
friends and acquaintances. Grade
A+, prices mid to mid/high. A full
dinner for two including wine, desert and
tip is between $70.00 and $100.00. |
