A Top Pick in the Area

On the Border Mexican restaurant gets my vote for the BEST Mexican chain restaurant at which I've ever eaten!

Home made, non-greasy tortilla chips and tasty salsa begin the meal...(doesn't EVERY meal begin with chips and salsa in EVERY Mexican restaurant?)

The entrees are excellent.

I had the "ultimate Fajita".  For $12.99, I received three broiled shrimp, three barbecued beef ribs, a few ounces of good beef and a few ounces of grilled chicken, all on a bed of cooked onions.  This is accompanied by a plate of refried beans, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and more salsa with three tortillas.  Excellent food; good pricing...and huge portions.

My dining companion had a couple of enchilatas which were excellent as well.

The menu was full and most entrees sounded delicious.  I'll definitely go back to try some more choices.
