| There were many stunning
restaurants in the Bellagio. Noodles was
for casual dining. The word
"chic" came to mind upon seeing
the decor and furnishings. Noodles
served traditional noodle dishes from
Thailand, Japan, China and Vietnam and
authentic Hong Kong style barbecue
dishes.
Dining
alone I was able to get a seat at the
counter quickly avoiding a long wait. The
service was excellent. I ordered the beef
with Chinese rice noodles. The tenderized
sliced beef was stir-fried with broad
rice noodles, bean sprouts and stalks of
green onions. The dry style noodles was
seasoned with soy sauce. It was
excellent.
The
boiled Chinese broccoli was also perfect.
It was tender but not over cooked. Oyster
sauce for dipping was served on the side.
The greens was a great side dish with the
noodles. A Full Sail Ale rounded out my
meal nicely.
The
only down side was the price but this was
the Bellagio! Dinner with tax and
gratuity came to a little over $30.
