We have been to the only Pizza Hut that Bend, Oregon has, which is located on highway 97, and have always been disappointed with the service and the up-keep of the restauarant itself.  

Recently I called an order in to be picked up within 20 minutes, according to the person on the other end of the telephone. We always order the Stuffed Crust Pizza and each time it seems to have less and less ingredients on it.

When we walked into the restaurant there was a girl standing at the counter that did not acknowledge us in any way. Finally a young boy came over and told us it would be about another 3 minutes. We ended up waiting another half hour and when we took our food home to eat it was burnt!!

Before leaving the restaurant the 3 girls that were (suppose to be) working went outside the main entrance door to smoke! Leaving the boy all by himself to answer phones, take orders and cook the food.  The restaurant was very dirty, the tables had grease and dishes left on them. It was absolutely ridiculous!! We have contacted someone about the matter, but still have not heard anything from anyone as of yet.
