| I just had 45 people at
Buster's in Tigard for my husband's
retirement and EVERYONE just raved about
the food. The service was
excellent!!!! The only criticism I
could come up with was that their back
room got a little warm as there are no
windows or ventilation or fan with that
many people there. We also
were asked to leave at ll:00 pm and my
friends could have talked for another
hour. However, again, the food was
wonderful.!!!!!

| Buster's has been treated
rather poorly by The Oregonian, and rated
in the middle of barbecue restaurants in
the Portland area. It seems they
feel the cooking isn't authentic, or some
silly thing. Since I'm a Texan and have
eaten a lot of "Texas-style"
barbecue, I'm sure I don't know what
they're talking about...Buster's is
great!
Take your
choice...Beef brisket, Beef Ribs, Pork
Tenderloin or Pork Ribs, Turkey, Chicken,
Links...even a new chopped beef
sandwich...all are delicious.
Anything
from the largest to smallest appetites
can be dispatched with not too big of a
dent in your pocketbook.
Starving? Have a one or two meat
dinner with two side dishes for about
$8.95. Not quite so hungry?
Have a one meat dinner with two side
dishes for $7.95. Just a little
hungry? A sandwich for $3.95.
