| This has to be the best
Chinese Food in the area. Service is
usually excellent. Food arrives quickly.
But, it's almost impossible to get a
parking space around lunch time, so you
need to get there by 11:30 or after
1:00pm. If you like garlic, then try
their Shrimp with Garlic Sauce. It's a
delicous misture of vegetables and a
generous portion of shrimp. The Kung Pao
Chicken was fairly bland and I wouldn't
recommend it. The vegetables are
usually very good. For lunch, you have
a choice of Egg Drop or SweetnSour Soup
as part of the meal. Both are
excellent. Dinner is very good too,
and parking isn't a problem. Other than
being in a strip mall, the atmosphere is
pleasant.

| Yet another "middle of
the road" Chinese restaurant in the
Portland area...although a bit better
than average, some dishes can be really
excellent. I tried a "nightly
special" of asparagus and beef which
was excellent. The Sesame Chicken
was excellent as well, but the shrimp and
vegetable dish was a bit flat. The
shrimp seemed a little old. The
"extra hot" green beans weren't
extra hot...not even a "one
star" when I asked for ten. A
disappointment.
The
waitress was, however, exceptionally
pleasant and the food arrived VERY
QUICKLY!
Food: B+.
Ambiance: C (it's in a strip mall).
Attitude: A. Parking: B...can be a bit
crowded at times. Service: A+.
Value: A. Overall Rating: B...rates
perhaps a 6 on a scale of 1-10.
