| Right across the street from
Wait Park (hence the name:
Parkside) dwells this friendly little
cafe. Nothing spectacular, but nice
friendly folks turning out a good meal at
a good price. Everything served
at our table for four was pedestrian but
good. The steaks were all 10 oz
sirloins and tasty...the salad with
shrimp was fresh and tasty...the home
made soup was excellent and hit the spot
on a rainy night.
Unless
you're looking for it, you'll probably
not be able to find it, as the Parkside
Café is a few blocks north off Highway
99's "main drag" through
Canby. But if you're after some
"home cookin'" give it a
try. It's worth the visit.
