| At the intersection of State
Street and "A" Avenue in sunny
downtown Lake Oswego is a building...a
building that has been there for about
41-42 years...a building into which
businesses come and go...but NONE ever
stays because the LOCATION just isn't
right. People can't figure out how
to park nearby...and it is tricky. Two Brothers
Mexican restaurant and Bar-B-Que might
have found some sort of magic potion,
because for the first time in 40+ years,
something FINALLY seems to be happening
in that location.
Food is
good and plentiful...kind of a family
atmosphere, a little bit of a bar-b-que
joint...a little Mexican. Everyone
is VERY friendly..."Amigo" is
spoken frequently...and the place just
seems to be hopping!!!!!
Nothing
spectacular, but good, tasty,
inexpensive...and lots of it. The
Bar-B-Que isn't quite as good as Busters,
but it is excellent...as are most of the
Mexican dishes I've tried. Nothing
epicurian, but just simple down home
cooking.
With the
new "Lakeview Village" going in
across the street, Two Brothers looks to
be in that location for a long
time!

Parking: REALLY HARD TO FIND...it's
UNDER the building and you have to turn
off the street at locations that you
don't really suspect will lead you to the
underground garage.
