| If you use the
"Entertainment Book", this can
be an excellent "resort type"
hotel in which to stay on the Oregon
coast. Located on the south edge of
Lincoln City, this 10 story
"condo/hotel" sits right on the
beach. Every room faces the ocean
and the views are spectacular. Just
take the elevator to the ground floor and
you're about 20 feet from the sand.
I'm not
sure what the percentage is, but several
rooms are owned by individuals and rented
out on a nightly basis by the hotel.
Typically,
rooms are over a $100 per night, but with
"Entertainment Rates", two
people can stay for well under that
figure.
The
restaurant on the top floor is quite
good, but nothing is spectacular except
the view. It's typically
continental with a leaning towards the
fresh seafood you'd expect.
