| All feature essentially the
same tasty "Mexican" food, but
with a bit of a "healthy"
twist...everything is claimed to be made
fresh on premises with "...no lard
or preservatives". This is by no means
a typical Mexican restaurant nor an
upscale attempt at some of the more
delicious offerings from "south of
the border".
From a
large menu an item is selected and served
somewhat cafeteria style: Tostado with
the grilled chicken, not the mole; black
beans or pinto; with or without sour
cream, etc. Very tasty, not very
expensive, but both Santa Fe and Aztec
Willie's can be positively deafening on a
busy night.
