| Not much to recommend this
restaurant above a lot of other mediocre
Chinese restaurants in Portland.
They occupy the site of the old Victoria
Station restaurant (a bunch of rail cars
arranged together) and the place has
truly seen better days. I've eaten here a
few times and generally find the
personnel to be a bit rude, the food
mediocre and the cleanliness somewhat
lacking.
Food: B-.
Attitude: C. Ambiance: C for lack of
cleanliness, but it can be nice in the
summer on the deck. Parking: A.
Service: A-. Value: A-.
