| Dan & Louis Oyster Bar, Portland, OR | P44 |
| "The Oyster
Bar" has been in Portland since 1907 and serves
good, middle of the road seafood. When dining
there, I tend to stick with the fresh oysters and salads. There's nothing fancy about the cooking, just fresh seafood cooked in a simple manner. If you're after a piece of salmon done with "mango-chutney glaze", then The Oyster Bar isn't for you. If, on the other hand, you're after fish and chips, go ahead, they're fine and don't forget the clam chowder. Food: B. Service: B. Attitude: B. Parking: can be a problem due to the down town location. Value: B. |
