Ernesto's Italian Restaurant, Portland, OR P55
 
I have eaten at Ernesto's twice, which, in all honesty, is one time too many. I won't even think about a third trip, since I can't imagine why I would want to go there again.  This is Italian food as perhaps served up by a truck stop in Wyoming.  There is absolutely nothing to recommend it.  It isn't particularly good, it isn't particularly plentiful, it isn't particularly authentic and it is a bit more than you would expect to pay.
