| Fiddleheads Restaurant & Bar, PORTLAND, OR | P57 |
| CLOSED |
| Fiddleheads is an
excellent restaurant, but the dining experience here can
be a bit daunting. There is a bit of a haughty air
which seems to question why, you, a mere mortal, are
here. It definitely doesn't have the friendliness
of Caprial's Bistro just across the street. The food is excellent, but the lunch menu doesn't have many selections and if you're trying to follow a particular diet of exclusion, you might have a hard time finding anything which you can eat. At a recent lunch, I had excellent barbecued chicken tacos which were plentiful. My wife had an excellent fish soup, but it was a bit small. We will go again soon. Food: A. Service: A. Parking: can be a problem. Attitude: A-C. Ambiance: B. Value: A-. |
