| CLOSED |
| Mazzi's is an interesting
Italian (they claim Sicilian) restaurant which varies
from the positively boring and not very good to far
better than average. It is definitely not an
"upscale" Italian restaurant, tending more
towards the "family" style. The minestrone soup is good, but nothing to write home about. Some of the entreés are heavy handed (but hearty). I've had good luck ordering pasta with garlic, olive oil and mushrooms. It was excellent. I tend to eat at Mazzi's during the cold, rainy winter months. The warm, cozy dining room just feels right in the winter. I would think it would be too dark in the spring and summer. Food: A- to B. Service: A. Attitude: A. Ambiance: A+ in the winter. Parking: A. Value: A-. |
