| McCall's, located along the
Willamette River in downtown Portland,
can be a fun place when the weather's
nice. Watch the runners, bikers,
skateboarders, Frisbee players, etc., in
Tom McCall Waterfront Park (you're
essentially surrounded by the park) while
you eat. The only problem with
McCall's is the food and service can be
FRIGHTFULLY uneven. I've had
wonderful service and lousy
service...great food and terrible
food. The restaurant seems to
undergo some sort of ownership change
nearly every year and "Things"
can become weird. But try it in nice
weather when you can enjoy eating
outside.
Food: A-C.
Attitude: A-D. Ambiance: A.
Parking: Can be a REAL problem.
Service: A-D. Value: A. Overall
rating: Depends...Sometimes A,
Sometimes C.
