Muu-Muu's, Portland, OR P164

When The Oregonian reviewed Muu-Muu's as having the best french fries in Portland (a tie with Paley's Place a few blocks down), we just had to try them.

Pretty nice fries...VERY, VERY GREASE-FREE.

The "Brutus Salad (because it kills Caesar)" just didn't make it.  Same white gloppy stuff that's supposed to pass as Caesar dressing...a few carrots and onions and you get a poorly conceived Caesar with white gloppy stuff and carrots and onions.  Wow!  What a deal...Sorry.

Nice folks, but the sheets of bent steel overhead gave a person somewhat queasy thoughts to go with the loud music bouncing off the steel.

Food: C (except for the Fries which get an A+). Ambiance: Pretty funky. Attitude: A. Parking:  Can be a problem. Service: A. Value: A. Overall Rating:  B...unless you go for the fries.
