| A Top Pick in the
Area |

| With its older, venerable
sister location (the original Ringside on
west Burnside Street), these two
restaurants were, for years, THE place
for steaks in Portland. Competition
in recent years, has, however, reduced
their stature somewhat. The steaks are
still excellent, but perhaps now not
quite as excellent as we have something
to which they can be compared.
Prices are comparable with the
competition, with steaks and chops
ranging from about $15-$23, but the
Ringside still has the BEST onion rings
in Portland. Rumor has it that the
onions are soaked in milk to remove any
bitterness before they're deep
fried...they are excellent.
