Cory Schreiber, winner of the James Beard award in 1998 as the Northwest chef of the year has a magnificent restaurant with excellent food.

The menu changes frequently, so it's impossible to give firm suggestions, but its "Northwest" style is always fresh...perhaps focusing somewhat on seafood, but it would be an injustice to leave suggestions at that.  Go with the specials or anything that strikes your fancy...you won't be disappointed.
