| Yen Ha, Portland, OR | P121 |
| Yen Ha is an excellent
Vietnamese restaurant with a positively huge menu and
some very interesting selections. Unfortunately,
there is an aura of uncleanliness about the place which
some might find a bit disconcerting...like the little
trail of ants on the windowsill my last visit. If
you can get past that, the food can be excellent. Sure, they have some of the normal pedestrian Asian glop...like chicken and cashews, etc., but if you try some of the more interesting entreés you'll be pleasantly suprised. A couple of my favorites are the "Crab and Asparagus soup" and the "Pork & Shrimp salad". Both are excellent and VERY INEXPENSIVE! Food: A+ to B. Service: A-. Attitude: A-. Parking: A. Ambiance: B. Value: A+. |
