Hudson's Bar & Grill

Hudson's is an excellent restaurant located near the Vancouver Mall. It shares the same pedigree as the Heathman Hotel in Portland...one of Portland's best restaurants which is constantly rated in the top 20 restaurants by Gourmet Magazine and The Oregonian.

I guess I would describe the menu as: "Northwest Continental", but that doesn't really do it justice. The seafood dishes I've had there are excellent but they transcend either Northwest or Continental.

The crab bisque is superb, with wonderful crab flavor present, but not overpowering. Various servings of Salmon, Halibut and Tuna have all been excellent as have been the pork and beef entrees of my dining companions.

Hudson's won't disappoint you.
