Winners, 2001 Central Washington State Fair Wine Competition P320
 
The winners of the 2001 Central Washington State Fair Wine Competition were announced at a gala event, Lark 'n' Spree, on July 14, 2001 at the Yakima Valley SunDome at the Central Washington State Fairgrounds. Lark 'n' Spree was an outstanding evening of wine, auction, food and entertainment. The proceeds from the auction went to help build La Salle High School (Christian Brothers) in Yakima.

A record twenty-four Gold medals were awarded this year. This is a testament to the quality of our Washington wines.
