| This is a delightful spot
for a quick lunch or ice cream break. The
Dairy Fair is part of the Darigold chesse
plant in the heart of Yakima Valley's
dairy country. An educational and
interesting self-guided tour is available
for the plant. There is a large gift shop
full of cow and farm themed products.
Darigold milk, cheese, snacks as well as
other tourist items are also available. The Dairy Fair
offers good quality sandwiches and soups.
My favorite is the German dog with chili.
Of course, you must finish the visit with
a dish of Ice cream or a cone.
If you are
traveling through this area and need a
break or if you live nearby the Dairy
Fair is well worth a visit.
