| Just out of the Metro
Station at the Nation terminal on your
left front dwells a quintessential French
Brasserie...Chez Prosper. Nation is WAY OUT
on the east side of Paris with VERY few
tourists and a lot of French folks who
smoke like there is no tomorrow.
But if
you're tired of the Parisian tourist
scene, this is a good place to
go...French all the way...not a word of
English and cigarette smoke so thick you
can cut it with a knife. The
waiters can be a bit rude, but generally
they're fun loving. When I asked
for more water, our waiter handed me an
empty pitcher and pointed to the
toilet...all with a smile and
laugh.
Salads
were good with a lot of interesting
variations...salad with french fried
potatoes in them? Salads with
curry? You name it, they had a lot
I've never seen before.

French Brasserie...A++!

mood...A+ to C
