| When you come up into
daylight from the Luxembourg Metro Stop
look at the corner where Rue de Medicis
intersects with Boulevard St. Michel
and...Voila! There is the Brasserie
Le Luxembourg. Yet another Parisian
Brasserie...however, this one is a cut
above most of the rest...and, yes, a bit
more expensive. Again, I tried the
Onion Soup and it was better than most
other Brasseries.
I also had
the Saumon Fumé and Chevre salad
(chaud) and they too were a bit better
than other Brasseries.
This is a
VERY BUSY corner with lots of tourist
activity, but the Brasserie Le Luxembourg
is quite a bit larger than most Parisian
brasseries, so seating was no
problem...and, as usual, the tip was
included with the bill.
