| Lands' End changed the
way I shop for clothes permanently. My experiences with
Lands' End have been 100% positive. That included the
times when things didn't go exactly right. Their products
are guarenteed, period. No fine prints! A recent case in point was that I
had a pair of pants the hem came undone. I bought these
pants in February but had only worn them several times.
My e-mails to the service department was replied within
hours, not days. What a shock! After two e-mails it was
decided that I should have the hem fixed locally and send
them the bill.
The quality of the
merchandise has always been first rate. The prices are
not cheap but you if you watch the Overstock or close out
you can find some great deals.
